Cancellation

If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask for at least 24 hour notice.  The first late cancellation will involve no penalty, but any subsequent cancellations within 24 hours will result in a charge of half the session amount.  Emergencies will be recognized, and the penalty will be waved in case of a cancellation due to emergency.

Confidentiality

Your confidentiality is important to Innerspring.  The clinic abides by all HIPPA policy and none of your personal information is shared or disclosed without your permission.
